Hi 👋 I'm a Product Designer. Originally from Hong Kong, I lived in the UK for many years, moved to New York to be a designer, and now I'm back!

I began as a researcher, with a background in academic historical research, and transitioned to product design in 2018. Since then, I've honed my skills in end-to-end design, doing my best work by bridging the user-designer gap with meaningful metrics and qualitative research insights. Most recently, I was a Senior Product Designer at Pokerstars, and a mentor at Career Foundry.

My process driven approach enables me to craft intuitive and scalable solutions for complex problems and diverse user groups. I ensure design works at the system level, not just pages, interface elements, or components, prioritising function over form.
